Hydrotherapy & Tub Treatments

SEAWEED BODY WRAP:

This treatment reduces cellulite by increasing cellular activity at the site. By increasing cellular function and fluid in the tissues, the main source of cellulite is reduced. Starting with a dry brushing, your body is coated with seaweed containing Echinacea (which boosts your immune system) and essential oils, you are then wrapped in warm Irish linens. Vitamins and minerals feed the skin while stimulating a sluggish metabolism to improve circulation and detoxify your system. Enjoy a full body Swedish Massage after this treatment.

SHIRODHARA: SIGNATURE

This is the best known and most sought-after Ayurvedic treatment that warms and soothes the soul. We start with a full body dry brushing, pure warm sesame oil is rubbed on your skin, followed by a dusting of calamus Root to detoxify and purify. While you rest wrapped in warm Irish linens, a continuous stream of warm oil flows over the forehead, melting away body tension while bringing clarity to the mind. Heaven awaits as pressure points on your face are contacted and soothed. Rinse off with a warm shower. A full body Swedish Massage completes the treatment. This experience creates insight, awareness, enhances blood circulation to the brain, improves memory, boosts lymph flow, and nourishes your hair and scalp.

MOOR MUD WRAP:

Moor Therapy is a favorite European spa treatment for toning the skin and smoothing the body. It aids in deep healing to muscles and joint aches. It is extremely useful for detoxification, anti-inflammation and nourishment. The treatment is followed by a full body Swedish Massage.

DETOXIFYING HERBAL WRAP:

We recommend that you start this treatment by soaking at least 20 minutes in the whirlpool to speed up metabolism, and raise the body’s core temperature. We begin with a body brushing. All the while, linens are heated in a gentle, warm herbal bath, then wrapped around your body to induce a detoxifying sweat, ridding the body of metabolic waste. After a warm shower you will receive a relaxing full body Swedish Massage.

SALT GLOW MASSAGE:

An invigorating, scintillating polish using natural sea salts (a natural exfoliate to rid the skin of dead cells), and aromatic oils leave your body soft and glowing. BODY BRONZER:

The look of sun-kissed skin…without exposure to the sun! This body bronzing treatment gives you the instant benefit of a glowing even tan, without the harmful effects of the sun.
