HOW TO SPA

Spa Arrival

In order to make the most of your spa experience please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment to begin your relaxation experience and take advantage of our spa amenities. This will allow a leisurely check in and time to slip into a comfortable robe and slippers. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed.

Amenities

Come early or stay late to enjoy our full complements of spa amenities. Enjoy our steam showers, our whirlpools with three water falls, as well as our showers. For your convenience, blow dryers and other amenities are available.

Courtesy

While enjoying Whispering Waters Day Spa's treatments and facilities, we kindly ask that you enjoy quiet conversation and refrain from using cell phones and other electronic devices. The Spa and Whirlpool are smoke- free environments. To ensure conplete privacy for you and olther guests, please avoid camera usage in the spa.

Health Conditions

Upon arrival at the Spa, you will complete a health history questionnaire. This assists the Spa Technicians to provide you with the best possible experience and to assure your maximum safety and comfort. We encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your spa experience. Please advise your therapist if you have any health concerns or questions about which treatments are best for you. Heat hreatments are not trecommended for pregnant wormen, guests with heart conditions or those person who are sensitive to heat. If you are pregnant, please notify us and consult with your doctor before receiving treatments.

Spa Attire

We suggest that you wear comfortable clothing and do not bring your jewelry or valuables to the spa. A spa robe and slippers will be provided for you. Our therapists are professionally trained in proper draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort. Please feel free to bring a swim suit if you are modest. Lockers with locks are provided to store personal belongings.

Reservations

Please reserve spa appointments at least two weeks prior to arrival so that we may best meet your scheduling requests by contacting us at 210.614.1772. A major credit card number or gift certificate number is required upon booking. Prepayment is required for Saturdays and holiday appointments. Service changes must be made prior to the time and date of your appointment to ensure the availability of the appropriate Staff. Appointments are very highly recommended. We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins, but to ensure the time and services you wish to receive, appointments are essential. Group bookings (of 3 or more) require a 7 day cancellation or reschedule notice.

Cancellations

Treatments are reserved especially for you. We hope you do not have to cancel a service. However when canceling or rescheduling, we kindly request a 48 hour notice of cancellation or reschedule to avoid a full servide charge of the treatment price. Group reservations are subject to contracted agreement.

Gratuities

Gratuities may be given at your discretion in appreciation of outstianding service by your service provider.

Return Policy

All spa product returns are for spa product credit or for product exchange only and must be within 30 days.
