In order to make the most of your spa experience please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to service - This will allow a leisurely check in and time to slip into a comfortable robe and slippers. If you are late we may not be able to extend your service time. The therapist needs to start the appointment on time in order to be prompt for the next scheduled appointment.

Our quiet lounge is a perfect place to get cozy in our chaise lounges and enjoy the calming fireplace.

Come early or stay late to enjoy our full complements of spa amenities. Enjoy our steam showers, our whirlpools with three water falls, as well as our showers. For your convenience, blow dryers and other amenities are available. A major credit card number or gift certificate number is required upon booking. Prepayment is required for Saturdays and holiday appointments. Service changes must be made prior to the time and date of your appointment to ensure the availability of the appropriate Staff. Appointments are very highly recommended. We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins, but to ensure the time and services you wish to receive, appointments are essential. Group bookings (of 3 or more) require a 7 day cancellation or reschedule notice. We hope you do not have to cancel a service. However when canceling or rescheduling, please give us at least 48 hours notice for all reservations. This will prevent any billing on your credit card or gift certificate. Reservations cancelled without appropriate notice are due in full. This courtesy enables us to schedule other appointments, and maintain a higher availability of our service to you as well as to others. Upon arrival to the Spa, you will complete a health history questionnaire. This assists the Spa Technicians to provide you with the best possible experience and to assure your maximum safety and comfort. We encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your spa experience. Speak softly to help us create a peaceful atmosphere. Please turn off your cell phones. Absolutely No cell phones in spa treatment areas or quiet lounge. Please feel free to bring a swim suit if you are modest. If you are pregnant, please notify us and consult with your doctor before receiving treatment. Unless a child is receiving a service in the presence of a parent, we ask that children refrain from entering the spa. The spa provides robes, slippers, disposable panties or boxers for our guests, as well as breast draping for the very modest. lockers with locks are provided to store your personal belongings.

We invite you to simply relax in our quiet lounge. Take a sauna or enjoy the whirlpool. Breathe!

All spa product returns are for spa product credit or for product exchange only and must be within 30 days

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES

• There are absolutely no refunds on gift certificates, nor are they transferable.

• Gift certificates devalue $25 after the expiration date, and $50 each year thereafter, and are not valid for gratuities for therapists after expired. You may purchase products with expired gift certificates.

• Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients. Gift certificates for packages do not include tips unless they are included by the purchaser of the gift certificate.
