The therapist uses direct pressure, or cross fiber (against the grain of the muscles) friction. STONE MASSAGE: During stone therapy, the vibration of the stones interacts with the energy field in such a manner as to facilitate the release of energies which you no longer wish to hold on to. LOMI LOMI (FOUR HANDS) MASSAGE: Two therapists work in unison, synchronous hands and arms flowing over your body so seamlessly that your mind cannot register individual strokes during this Hawaiian form of massage. Mental chatter disappears – it is a totally extraordinary experience. Due to minimal draping, this is not recommended for the very modest. Done in a private room.
