CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments are very highly recommended. We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins, but to ensure the time and services you wish to receive, appointments are essential. We also recommend that you schedule your next spa service prior to leaving. Your appointment is reserved especially for you, meaning we will forego other appointments that may conflict with yours. If you choose to cancel your appointment, especially if you cancel at the last minute, our therapists are often not able to fill the time with another customer. For that reason, we must institute a cancellation policy and must stick to it with no exceptions.

First, to confirm an appointment, a credit card number is required. Prepayments are required for all Saturday and holiday appointments. Service and time changes must be made prior to the time and date of your appointment to ensure the availability of the appropriate staff. All cancellations of spa services must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations of any service with less than 48 hours notice, including No-Shows, will result in a 100% charge to your credit card and/or forfeit of the value of the gift certificate on file. To hold an appointment where prepayment is required please print this page, sign the form included at the bottom and either fax or mail it to us so we can hold the appointment. LATE ARRIVAL

We request that guests arrive 20-25 minutes before their scheduled appointment. If you show up late, your treatment will be shortened by the same amount of time. If there is not sufficient time to complete your treatment properly, your appointment will be canceled. In either case, you will be charged for the full amount of the service.

Cancellation Policy Agreement

I, the undersigned, understand that Whispering Waters Day Spa will charge a cancellation fee equal to but not greater than the cost of the service scheduled for, under the circumstance that I, the undersigned, cancel my appointment with less than 48 hours, do not show up, or are over 20 minutes late for the appointment scheduled. I understand the value of my appointment with Whispering Waters Day Spa and approve them to charge my credit card under the above agreement.
