There is a very strict 48 hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours notice, gift certificate will be void and your credit card will be charged. There are absolutely no refunds on gift certificates, nor are they transferable. Gift certificates devalue 25% each year front the purchase date. Gift certificates for packages do not include tips unless they are included by the purchaser of the gift certificate. A package can not be changed and no substitutions can be made.
